I can attest to this dish served at the 50's Prime Time Cafe in Hollywood Studios @ Disney World Florida, I have enjoyed it there on multiple occasions. The one thing I can't seem to replicate about this dish at home are the missing lectures and attitude that mama gives you at Disney. She is sure to scold you in the restaurant if you have your elbows on the table, don't clean your plate properly, or if you don't mind your table manners. You may even find yourself with your nose in the corner. Try the recipe, I found it to be authentic!
